It also successfully installed the Visual C++ 2013 redistributable. Tried downloading and installing the trial version of Action director 3 from Cyberlink. It installs fine, but the Gear 360 Action Director installation gives the same error. Tried installing the 2013 redistributable downloaded from Microsoft. It installed the redistributable for Visual C++ 20, but wouldn't install for 2013. Uninstall all Visual C++ redistributables for all years, then attempting to install. I have already done lots of searching and therefore have tried: When running the installation, I get an error message saying it cannot install the Visual C++ 2013 redistributable. The full installation file name is: Gear_360_ActionDirector_Live_.exe. Please note: The version of Action Director available from Samsung is. HP Envy laptop, meets all the requirements.
